On Sunday November 21st, instructor Shane Kent with Kicks Fighter Joe Woollard traveled to Kent for this Light Contact Boxing / Kickboxing and K1 Daytime Event hosted by our friends TKO Kickboxing Academy.

Joe showed ring craft; skill and a growing confidence over three well fought rounds of K1 and took a well deserved win against his very game opponent James Wood (UMA).
